Update on COVID Restrictions in Healthcare Settings

The Government’s ‘Living with COVID-19’ plan has been released and we have been advised of the following which will be subject to ongoing review:

There will be no changes to the current Infection Prevention Control policy for General Practice and the requirement for staff, patients and visitors to wear a face covering when at the surgery remains in place.

We recognise that some patients will feel frustrated that whilst restrictions are being removed in other settings, they continue to apply within the NHS. However, we ask that you continue to keep everyone safe by following the national requirements for healthcare.

Thankyou for your support whilst these difficult times continue.
