Eligible unpaid carers are now entitled to the Covid vaccination. If you consider an unpaid carer then please contact the Carers Leeds Vaccination Support Line on 0113 380 4300 who will assess your eligibility and offer you a vaccination through the community vaccination sites. Please note that Covid vaccinations for carers will not be carried out here at the surgery. Thanks
