The Government has announced that proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will be available via the NHS app. They recommend that you register with the app before booking international travel.
You can access your vaccination status free of charge via the app from Monday 17th May via devices such as tablets or smartphones. the app is available to download on IOS or android.
If you do not have access to a smartphone and know that the country you are travelling to requires your COVID-19 vaccination status, you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from the 17th May)and ask for a letter to be posted to you.
Please do not contact the surgery as we are unable to provide letters confirming your vaccination status.
